I'M a She Brewer

Tomatoes are red and perishable as are roses,
Specializing in their trade takes a heart.
Eggs are fragile,as are glasses,
It is not easy to hawk them around.
Honey is sweet but comes from a far.
That's why I sell my local beer,
Juice finely squeezed from ripe bananas,
Yellow as the sun and sweet as sugar.
And finally fermented to make it taste better for men.

I make my local beer and so I look like a drunkard,
Making uncoordinated movements,
Speaking endlessly like a running stomach.
I don't advertise my product for I have a name made,
That on;
Wednesday,I gather my boys;
Sharpened pangas in their hands like they are ready for war;
Like reapers,we go through all banana plantations looking for mature bananas,
Mercilessly,we cut them down,carry them on our heads up to home.
Burying them like corpses or traumatizing history,
We dig them up on Friday like excavators,
Peel them into our containers.
Saturday,we squeeze the juice out of the naked bananas,
And brew overnight.

I know all this because it is what I do.
I am an amateur in martial arts and sciences;
But when it comes to our beer,
I do it better than professionals in national breweries.
A stench of alcohol hits your nose as we bypass each other like opponents,
That's my perfume,sweet,aromatic smell;
Because that's what I do,I sell an aromatic compound.
Voices of how they gossip about me stir up my anger,
For what has my business got to do with your prosperity?
I work for my children and me.
Your men,adult boys come to me to purchase the beer,
I don't come home to pull them with a rope like goats,
I don't force the drink down their throat 
Like forcing a baby to drink by holding their nose and opening their mouth.
Willingly,they come to me.
Diligently,I serve my customers.

You have a problem with what I do?
What do you do that makes you better than me?
This is my calling,
To entertain men and women.
I sit and watch them drinking while passively  dancing to hip hop songs.
I watch their tongues loosening up to spill secrets.
I also witness them lose control of their sexual desires,
To lie down with those they see as attractive in their drunken state.
Do you still want to hold me responsible for their actions?
I do what I'm best at to earn a living,
The way your sons keep millions of people up; robbing and murdering them in cold blood.
What you call sensible, I tried before;
But it just didn't match my taste!
In selling local beer, I met my dream;
And I'm proud that I'm my own boss in my own enterprise.
