Hello Hugo, I agree it is not wise to build near a river.. A flood could happen and the house would be in ruined. So just to walk to a river or lake would be better to enjoy. Love lots. /Darlene/

Building wise, it's not advisable to build home besides a river because of global warming. Metaphorically, unprincipled man is like that also, short-sighted and shallow mindedness. Love lots here./Hugo.
