Illusion of Love

Clawing cages of invisible affection

Shackled to imaginary joy

Bound by blind rejection

Embracing the insecure 

Heart lost in minds war

Hand bleeds emotion raw 

Unto a bottomless pit of paper

Battered words and pain pour

Each burned with stains of false 
hope

Fueled by illusions of love to cope
