I'Ll Rise Again

I looked back to see Without knowing, what should I see? I saw the paintings painted in my own blood I saw myself drowned in the tears of a flood. I searched for the time if I was in peace To my dismay, I was never on ease The first step I took, lead me to the end My ultimate trust broke with no penny to spend. I knocked on every closed door My shriek couldn’t reach out when I roared I walked on the lonely avenues I fell every time, abandoned with my own residues. No redeemers’ hands were there to take me out Entangled in my labyrinth with no voice to shout I drowned in that filth for a long time Now, I deny dying and got up to rise. I saw my world full with corrupted soul All excruciated me to fulfill their own goal The pure and naïve mind is destroyed and poisoned Free bird caged with the shackle of treachery and treason. I have cried enough to empty the vessel of my tear I have two divergent roads laid unconscious and unaware For ages, I kept myself in a dark cage Now, I shall choose to move to fill the left blank page. With every accumulated fortitude, I’ll pave my own way Open mouths will be there, so let them say what they have to say No more filthy hands to entertain, that always made me insane Death will die to see my strength and with a new ray, I’ll rise again.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
