I'Ll Pray For You

I'll pray for you
When it seems no one cares
The burdens you have in life
That have become to big to share
I'll pray for you
When it seems you have no hope
The house of sticks you've built up
Have been devoured in a pile of smoke
I'll pray for you
When it seems you have no friends
They've all abandoned you
Even though they said they'd be there til the end
I'll pray for you 
When I can, every hour of every day
Until the end of time
If that is what it takes
I'll pray for you
When you finally accept the Lord
and realize that pain
is not what he has in store
I'll pray for you
When you find out that I was always there to help
no one else would listen 
But I was there to not overwhelm
I'll pray for you
until I can no more
and the Lord will give you
exactly what he has in store
I'll pray for you
that you'll know the truth
I was always full of love.....for you

James Foulk April 20, 2011 at 1:01 PM what else can you do, praying helps, sometimes we don't get an answer right away, but the bible says to keep praying without ceasing so we must do. this was a great moving piece. thank you for commenting on Tender Heart, Tender Soul. yes i didn't know how it would end either, sometimes i get a surprise also. sometimes i know how a poem will end, other times i don't.
