I'Ll Be Good No More

I'll Be Good No More

I am going to stop being good, for all these 
years - it's done me no good. Now I'll be bad,
yes maybe than my luck will change.

I tried to be what people expected me to be.
But it seemed , they only took advantage of me.
Now the tables will turn and they will see the
difference in me.

I won't have compassion with anyone. No one 
ever had compassion of me, so now I'll be bad,
as bad as can be, but good - no more I will be...

I guess that's why we write - to put on paper what we feel. I have 3 poems here on page one, or page 2. A man stood- part 1,2 and3. All part of my life.

However there is an old Scottish expression I like that says "If you love someone set them free, if they don't come back, hunt them down and kill em!!! Its also the blessing of the gift of poetry you have to vent when you need to. somewhere out there is someone going thru the same thing. It is good to have a pen. Sometimes when I have an inspiration - I just write notes anywhere. later I put them together. Sometimes life does get to us.
