Told you I would always be there, I'd be everything you need.
In the heat of the day I will be your wind blowing across your brow.
When you become too cold I'll wrap you in my warmth
That's how much I love you.
Don't look for peace anywhere else for that's what I will be
In the midst of your storm you'll find calm no need to look
No steady foundation? Worry not. I'll be your rock
That's how much I love you.
No need to look to yesterday trust in me your today
For yesterday's moments are passed never again to be found
I'll trade you hope for sorrow, your positive for negative
That's how much I love you.
No need to fret, I will be there, I'll be everything you need
Don't be ashamed to express yourself let every tear flow
One by one I'll catch them as they flow from your eye
That's how much I love you.
