Igniting the Inner Light

Igniting the Inner Light When the body shivers with fear And the eyes drip pearly tears It `s time to get seated upright And the inner light to ignite; When clouds of despair shroud the mind And it is tough one`s path to find It `s fitting at oneself to sight And the inner light to ignite; When the spirit is at low ebb, Woven inside a spider`s web, There is need to cease inner fight And the inner light to ignite; When the soul is veiled with darkness And life is sunk in sheer sadness It is incumbent to seek light And the inner light to ignite.
