If you'll ask me, then I'll paint it red I'm uncomfortable and calm at the same time, I'm confident and vulnerable at the same time, I'm bossy and timid at the same time, I'm wise and foolish at the same time, I'm beautiful and flawed at the same time, I'm broken and I'm healing, I'm searching and I'm preaching, I'm happy and I'm crying, I am a paradox of emotions who finds her home in the shades of red, 'Coz in reds, I can comfortably express my anger and my emotions, I can express my solitude and confidence, 'Coz in reds, there is love, there is passion, 'Coz in reds, there is anger, there is pain, 'Coz in reds, there is blood, there is anguish, And that's why, if you'll ask me, I'll paint it red. -Preethi Follow me on instagram : @wordsbypreethi Hope you enjoyed the poem :)
