If You Would Let Me

If you would let me:
I would hold your hand and walk beside you on this topsy-turvy path called “life”

If you would let me:
I would clone you 6,497,504,520 times so that everyone on Earth could know
what it is like to have a loving person like you in their life

If you would let me:
I would collect the brightest stars in the universe and give them to you just to
make your day brighter

If you would let me:
I would wrap up happiness every day in a box with a bright red ribbon and give it
to you for you to open

If you would let me:
I would feel and memorize every feature of your face so that I could remember
you today and all of my tomorrows

If you would let me:
I would wake you every morning with soft and loving kisses

If you would let me:
I would show you inside my soul

If you would let me:
I would – completely, deeply, honestly, truly – love you like no other before you

If you would let me:
I would let You love Me
