If You Were Mine

I'm so confused,
I just don't know what to do.
My feelings for someone has never been this deep,
and I'm scared to take that little leap.
When I'm with you I feel so alive,
I'm just scared of the feelings that I have set aside.
When I'm with you this wierd thing happens.
My heart pounds faster and I fumble for words.
  If you were mine,
I'd make you feel like a princess,
and never make you think of yourself any less.
You are a wonderful person,
you have a heart of gold.
I'm just hoping one day this poem can be told.

I like the style in which you wrote this. I am the same way about these things, I will write about a girl for many days. Then never tell her anything...
