If You Were a Flower

If you were a flower of free in my field,
What colour do you think you would be?
I bet you’d be a beautiful red,
And I’d be the mulberry tree,

And together we’d stand beside one another,
In the field of gentle and light,
Where everything’s soft, as soft as a breeze,
A breeze throughout the whole night,

And your perfume would waft , filling the air,
Filling the sky with your charm,
Filling each breeze with a thought of exquisite,
Scenting each part of the farm,

You and me we’d make a beautiful field,
Together we’d glow in the dark,
We’d glow with a love of pure happiness,
When your petal massages my bark.
