If You Love Someone

if you love someone should you tell them,
That is a Mona Lisa moment

Day to day encounters and you find you become good friends,
A dozen roses and a proposal of marriage.

You said to yourself, I don't wish to get married again,
God has sent you a miracle and you are truly thankful.

Robert Barrette Browning and Elizabeth Barrette Browning,
 A dreamy romance and wedding.

"How do I love thee let me count the ways.
I love thee to the height and depth of all my days."

Love has never been simple, God makes that complex,
The hug and kiss where you wished you could stay forever.

Being with this handsome and kind gentleman,
From day to day and night to night.

This is a commitment to last a lifetime,
Are you ready for this, God only knows.
