If You Knew Me

If you knew my story, you would of understood my pain. If you knew my heart, you would know who I truly am. If you know my strength, you won’t doubt my passion to succeed. If you knew my fear, you would understand my journey. If you knew my feelings, you would not have put me in situations of pain. If you knew me, you would know regardless of my life, what I’ve been through, what I face in life you would know god is not done with me yet and I’m still under construction. You would know I’m a woman of faith and belief that this too shall pass and I would not be broken. Anything broke can be fixed and I start with loving myself more than people may see. I am me, I am human, I am meant to make mistakes but deep down I won’t let my past stop me from what I have in store for myself and what god has in store for me.

I wrote this myself and want everyone to know that I am thankful for your role in my past life, my present life and my future. And know that without you I wouldn’t have been the woman I am today.
Imperfect, strong parent, mother and daughter trying to create my own happiness and change the cycle of my life to have a better life for my kids.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
