Notes About The Poem

Line's Bitesize No180 Contest __ April 13, 2025

If Wishing Makes it So

If only my wishing could make it so,
I would humbly ask for just two things...
To touch a star and set its light aglow
and hear an angel's voice when it sings

Lin, too cute. I think I would have asked for something else, but perhaps there's a lesson here. We can interpret the wish you describe as just about almost anything nice. The picture included is also inspiring. Smiles!!

Now, I'm going to have to wonder what you'd wish for. Smile at that! Thanks.

I don't know it would be if we only had one! Don't think we have to worry about the reality of that. Thanks, Jan.
