If We Were All the Same
If we were all the same, we would not need mirrors.
Or rich people, for the wealth would be identical.
No one would be starving, for we would all be the same.
There would be no arguing about politics or religion,
because we are all the same, right?
But wait.
How would we know who to hate?
There would be no hating,
for to hate them, would be to
hate ourselves, right?
How would we know who to love?
We would love everybody, right?
If we were all the same.
If we were all the same.
Who would run the country?
We all would.
Because we would all be the same.
Would we form a committee?
Why would we need one?
We would all agree with ourselves, right?
If we were all the same.
This could fix a bunch of problems.
