If the Stars Are Twice As Nice
If a star is twice as massive as the sun,
my heart has no cause to roam or run.
I will sojourn in the sparkles of the skies,
staring at the bright light in your eyes.
If love is truly as timeless as light and life,
I will woo the world to make you my wife.
We shall fly without wings to the heights
of purest passion all day and night.
If tomorrow will never come,
we will use today as ransom...
Plunge into the pool of immortality
with me and let us re-invent reality.
If hope is a flower, you are my garden;
a bundle of blessing and not a burden.
If faith is the colour of the Rainbow,
your presence scares away every shadow..
If this is a poem, you are my indellible ink,
the wellspring of words where worries sink.
If friendship is the seed we could gather...
We will in time and eternity be together.
