If Only You Loved Me
If only you loved me, you'd
heal my heart with your angelic smile
and sweet voice that brings us closer
every time you call my name.
If only you loved me, your enigmatic
dream-like soul would complete me
like a new-born epic story.
If only you loved me, I'd savor my
loneliness as the right price for
our unity.
If only you loved me, I would
quit whining and grow into a man
who lives up to his desire.
