If only indeed. I have two daughters and I object to any women being directed to fill a spot in a team just to fill a quota of fifty percent if that is not what they want. It is equal opportunity to follow ones passion that will get us over the line. I was an early childhood teacher for just over thirty years before I retired and there were many hurdles to get over in following that passion. Well thought out and executed poem David in NZ
