If Love As This So True,
if love as this so true,
then spring roses shall
bloom in winter's midst
if love as this so true,
then winter shall
born a child and
name her spring
if love as this so true,
then I shall take your heart
and mine together,
create art, so beautiful
that the angels in Heaven
shall weep
if love as this so true,
love shall be one with us
and no one could ever come
between us both
if love as this so true,
then I shall pick the most lovely of roses
and show your beauty is
beyond comparison,
for you are my only beautiful rose
I say if love as this so true, if
love as this so true,
then I shall give you the moon
and we lay upon a soft tree
and shall watch as the stars glitter
in the evening twilight
if love as this so true, my love
