If I-I will

If I poke myself in the eye, with a needle-I'm blind
If I hold not my breath under water I'll drown
If I cut myself with a knife I will bleed
If I feel and acknowledge the pangs I receive I will cry
Pithy
Aphoristic, compact, epigrammatic, epigrammatical
More important If I don't repeat nor acknowledge--
  Jesus as my Lord and Savior 
      keeping in my SINS I will be Dead?
                   If I I will?
