If I Was a Little Kettle Drum

If I was a little kettle drum Daily I would sit on my charming bum, Never letting you be dour or glum Playing reggae music for my mum. I might possibly taste flavored rum. Pretend to be all kinds of dumb. I would play music in this slum, Starting up daily with a little hum. You might become my favorite chum. If you play me gently, with your thumb. Do not mess me up or leave one crumb. Or I will not be your little kettle drum.
