If I Must Believe

Place after place
City after city
I have been searching
the liking that I deserve;
the spirit, a physique might have
snuggled.

The idea regarding his inexistence
excites me,
Then the lies I feed myself
might subside me.

It's in my eyes, the living desire
can't thee see!

I ask if he believes in me?
I ask if I can as well?
I ask if I must await,
a guy I believe
may never walk the aisle?

Another splendid write. If it is for lipogram contest you need to put date, contest name and sponsor name. Most contests at poetry soup demand that.
