If I Had

Life without you isn't the same,
But if a second chance with you ever came.
I swear I'd cherish every hour,
And treat you gentle just as a flower.
When you're feeling sick and down,
I'd flip the universe to flip your frown.
And when you're in need of a cry,
I'll put on some chick flicks and sit by your side.
there may be a world full other girls,
But you're the only one in MY world.
Your still more then a friend,
And ultimately in the end.
I'd rather die cold and alone,
If I could never again call you my own.

beautiful poem, well written. In such a windy and snowy day, reading this piece just completes my relaxation. What a poem!
