If I Die Tomorrow
If I knew I would die tomorrow,
What would be my actions today?
Would I hide behind closed doors,
Light a candle to God and pray?
Or try to fill each hour,
With remembrance of my life,
Focusing on the beauty and pleasures,
Or try to understand the pain and strife.
I think I would walk this earth,
With eyes that at last can see,
Knowing death comes to all,
Granting peace, sets us free.
I believe God has a plan,
From the moment of my birth,
And because of my faith in Him,
I have assurance of rebirth.
If I die tomorrow,
Do not grive for me,
For I'll be with my Lord,
In tranquillity.
