If I Could Forget

if i could forget you
i would remember me
all the time wasted
if i could forget pain
i could remember feeling good
too many tears cried
if i could forget bad
i could remember good
not stuck in the past
if i could forget failure
i could remember success
no more dwelling on the bad
if i could forget hate
i could remember love
no more broken heart
if i could forget guilt
i would remember inocense
its not my fault anymore.
