Mine was through misinterpretation
Which needed explanation!
Reversed the block,
I was wrong, on taking
Second stock!

The way you brought these words together was brilliant and the theme is great for us poetry soup grinders. I'm so happy I came to the soup and I wish I had read this as a welcome poem. There is much wisdom here that I found out only after years of souping! Fabulous poem!

Hey Panagiota, I feel I have known you forever. Thank-you for your lovely comments - have had bad flu for a couple of days, but slowly bouncing back into action, not like me, for even after my hysterectomy on my third day at home, I was up and on my computer. Fortunately don't have house work to do as I have a wonderful lady that works for us for years! Keep well my friend, will be visiting your page later today, Love and hugs, Jenny.

I have been through this routine, Jenny...and it is so easy to press or click on something by mistake. Fortunately there are delete and edit features! As an aside, I have never blocked anyone, and hope that I will never need to resort to it:) ~ Warm regards // paul

Hi Paul, I blocked once, through a misunderstanding and apologized and unblocked - I interpreted a comment wrongly! Thank-you always for your wonderful and substantial comments which I look forward to. I have to tell my mentor as maybe you missed it - I got POTD two days ago - it was on the same day that I wrote and entered my deep and dark poem for Dear Heart's contest ( a true story,) and was weepy the whole day, women's hormones I guess! Warm regards, Jenny.

- Don’t worry, my friend Jenny :) - They are smart, cautious and know how to play their cards correctly .... sympathetic and helpful :) - But behind the friendly and helpful facade, it usually hides a big egoist ! :) - Great written - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

Excellent Jennifer. Sometimes something has to be said and to be able to do it in a poem makes it easier. It also takes maturity to admit your own mistakes. A lot of people don't have that. Kudos for a well done job. God Bless, JB

Jennifer, you wrote it exactly right, this is exactly what happens, because talking on line cannot compare to talking face to face, the facial expression is missing, and that is so important, but sometimes blocking is the answer when faced with a person who is harassing or giving us problems, I have no regrets on having to do this once in a while but I do that as the last resort, this is my sanctuary and anyone trying to destroy that has to go... great poem, enjoyed it a lot ~
