When we feel life flow has paused,
know subtle desires have caused
our awareness dilution;
staid stillness, the solution.
Mind and senses, by design
are meant to bind and confine
our soul’s fickle attention
here, in dynamic tension.
Adding further to our woe,
in space-time bondage we flow,
oblivious to the source
of our mind-body’s life force.
Bliss vivified silence
ends needless thought violence.
Joy thus should be our instinct,
each pore of our form, love inked.
