Idle

The world is full of opportunity
we just choose to sit idly by.
We ignore the turning tides,
we pardon the setting sun,
we waste away the midnight moon,
and we all lie idly by.
We let that girl walk away,
we turn too fast to opportunities readily present,
and we bid goodbye to those still in need of hello.
