Ideal Tricks
If mortal fantasies Are inspired by our imagination
Then our world of walls Is God's creation If we fall
To the ends of being And the Earth is yet What we're seeing
Then how can our delusions Whether fact or fiction
Give the church a right To pass out benediction
IF the ideal place has gone through obliteration
Will we be fooled by our imagination Can our hearts forbode
A place and moment where we fall in love And wish to repent
If we reminscinse the days away will we be left in poverty and decay
IT all depends if one thinks love is perpetual then their beings and spirits
will hold life as conceptual while watching broken dreams they will stumble
upon a recoilection their true selves are but a trick of the imagination
