Ice Wonderland

Mother nature decided to give us a
Glimpse

Of winter’s beauty all dressed out in a
Ice suit

The trees are drooping coating with
It’s coat

All around my backyard I can see
Mother nature

It’s like a wonderland of ice

Shivering with the wind

The night’s sky will clash with each
Hanging leaf,

Bound to be a chandelier on branches

Beautiful crystal just glittering lights

Only its ice covering each branch

Fine crystal

Sparkling bright with a twinkle

I know you can see it shine and
Twinkle

In a decorative manner as a star
Twinkle in a distant

This beautiful Iceland in my backyard

Even if it melts in tomorrow sun

For tonight I witness beauty

Hardly ever to be framed

With such picturesque represent

A impression of the images of
Such beauty

Here in my home town where snow
Is a legend

And as pretty as a picture

So, I can truly appreciates mother
Nature

Picturesque framed with beauty
