Ice Orb

Our sun
has a quirky little attitude.
It says keep your distance
, and I'll keep mine from you.
I promise to keep you warm for now,
, but there are rulers and rules to follow.
One day I'll surely burn out.

Then Earth will become just another ball of cosmic ice.
Life will be no more.
