I Write Upon
I write upon the sand
With an unseen pen,
Making my mark on eternity.
I live day by day,
Etching out a living,
And seeking out the best.
Eternal rest
Comes in forgiving
Along the way.
Thus, receiving serenity,
Every now and then
Forever take my stand.
