I would live for you

You say you'd die for me,
but what if
all I ever wanted
was for you to live for me?

For what's the point of love
If it doesn't make you
Want to endure
This torment of a journey
Even a little bit?

If you were to ask me,
I would.

I would live for you
If it meant I could be with you for longer
I would live for you
Even if it meant I'd be held up in the chains of a reality called life
I would live for you

Even if I'd have to live through this stark verity,
For something so unreal as you

Yes,
I would live for you.
