I Won'T Be Censored
Today right now I feel as if I have been kicked out of my house. A home I have been
drifting to for so long for support and now they show no remorse.
The rules I get it, that's how things are meant to be and no one should ever break them
but I refuse to be censored good quality poems are raw and don't hide behind facades.
I won't hide my words even though you may not approve of them.
I close my eyes and feel disappointed as I tried to sign in to my club, my family but I
was denied like some bug being chased away like a virus.
It makes me feel like the new kid coming to a new school after a long time of
being cherished by others.
This is me and my words make me happy and I won't be afraid no matter what labels you
say my poems disgrace.
I won't be censored. I won't be left behind I will come out stronger through all your
bullets to my heart and now here I am breathing in after a long battle of words.
Feeling completely healed and saved from the pain that could have been dealt.
I am not ashamed and I am not to blame.
I understand that the younger kids should not be shown displays of ***********... But I
feel my poem was real.
A lesson to learn... a tireless world were doors close but then again doors open.
