I Wish I Never Met You

I wish I never met you,
But not for the reasons you think.
I wish I never knew you,
Because now I’m going to lose you.
I which we never met,
And I wish we never got close,
Because now I have to be without you,
And it tears me up inside.
I wish I never met you,
So that I would never love you,
Because love really hurts,
Especially when you lose it.
I wish I never met you,
I wish you could stay,
Because soon, you’ll be miles away,
Nothing more than a memory.
I wish I never met you,
So I wouldn’t have to feel the pain of losing you.
