I Wish

I wish i was the calm blue sea
or that unique person watching me
to notice the things i never did
i wish i was that happy kid

I wish i was the clouds so fluffy and light
to watch my loved ones all day and
while they sleep at night

I wanna be purple, pink and blue
all the amazing colours that 
fascinate you

I wish i was the wind so powerful
and free but something
so strong i could never be

Or to be the rain so passionate and
warm, i love the rain
when im in it i feel i can come
to no harm

I wish i could be so many things that
i just cannot be
but as long as i can wish
im happy being me
