I Wish

I pulled her to me
Looked deep into her eyes
A cluster of stars they were
An effect brought by the street lights

My grip on her waist tightened
I'm sure she noticed this
Fortunately she didn't try to resist
All the tenderness of her skin surrendered to my fingers
So pleasing to the touch

Her lips so glossy
Already a satisfaction for a passionate kiss
Was about to go for them
But then Peep! Peep! a car destructed the moment

I didn't want to let go...I had to
It was hard to say goodbye
The tout made it easier
I just sat waving goodbye as the vehicle got into motion

I wished time could be reversed
So as to get back to her
And say the things I didn't say
I wish I had the courage
But then it is just a wish
