I Will Praise Your Name Forever

I was born infested with original sin
Sin from my parents Adam and Eve
But now my heart is as white as snow

Misled and a victim of passion I was
Every sin was engraved on my heart
Tortured and sorrowful I had been

You died on the Cross to rescue me
A painful and shameful death it was
All that my soul can enter eternal life

Let all humans come and praise you
Freedom from chains of sin is a reality
Everlasting life is no longer a dream

Lord, for the mercy and blessings
I will praise your holy name forever
