I Will Give...
Today you broke my heart again
And you didn’t even know it
You live alone inside your world
Letting my love pass you on by
You let a special day like this
So wonderful and so sweet
Go unobserved, while all alone
I will cry myself to sleep
It is not that you can’t love me
You are just too afraid to try
I can not go on loving you
And being hurt this way again
So I have set a time limit
On how long I will stay with you
I will give you just a single year
Of my life, not a minute more
The time is for you to learn
To return the love I’ve given
And if you can’t, then I will go
Because you have no love to give
