I Will Be Born Again

I will be born again 
To love you, one day.
I will find you again
Where the blue sky  meets 
The enigmatic deep sea.

My fingers touched you
To bid you farewell.
I will be born again
To have a dream to
Touch your face, gentle.

One-sided poem of passion
Never meant a thing, there.
I will be born again, one day
To reach my dream, on
A single spinning sphere.

I do not know the end
Time is a wiser judge, there
Drops of rain, on my window
My longing to see once more
Dancing sunlight touching your hair.
