I Will

I will...Continuously try till I succeed.
     I will reach for the sky, for that is my breed!
I will....Continue to climb till I reach the top.
     There will be no halftime, for I will not stop!
I will...keep pushing on, even if I reach a roadblock.
     If I have to, I'll do it alone, and never be the laughingstock!
I will...Do my best in everything I do.
     I will pass each test no matter what I go through!
I will...Treat others with respect, and help when in need.
     A helping hand I'll not neglect, for that is my breed!
I will...Reach for the stars even if I have to stretch.
     I will even reach for Mars, even if it sounds too far-fetched!
I will...Pursue my dreams, and accomplish every goal;
     Keep positive self-esteem, and maintain self-control.
I will...Accomplish everything I set out to achieve.
     I will ignore life's sting, even if I tire, I'll not expire; This I believe!

Constance La France September 24, 2010 at 7:02 PM Jimmy, what an uplifting poem, it makes me so proud of you, and you will succeed, with that attitude, nothing can stop you, I love the line "I will reach for the stars even if I have to stretch" this one is going in my favs, I want to read it often, when I myself am feeling life's sting.. here is a quote for you. "from ruin comes transformation" keep writing it is your gift~~
