"I Was With You"
Did you know I was with you before you came to be?
The Heavens let you go, and your soul became of earth.
Between the earth and Heavens, your earthly spirit born.
Your body became new, and your soul became as one.
The blood of life , and the innocence of birth.
Your life on earth began, your body washed clean.
Your earthly journey.
The beginning, the end.
"I Was With You"
Your life on earth free.
Through the years, you knew the innocence of life, days of darkness, filled with pain, hurt, anger, despair and fear. You saw the light of prayer, love, triumph, kindness, and forgiveness.
You learned, you loved, you smiled, you laughed, you suffered, you made mistakes. You cried. You forgave, and prayed for forgiveness.
As it was to be, you lived your life.
"I Was With You"
Seasons passed quickly, as it is on earth. I see your eyes grow weary. Your silver hair glistens, your earthly body frail.
No time for hurt or regret, no anger or pain.
Your time grows near.
Your time here is almost done.
I call to you.
You smile as you remember you life, the love, all the love.
That's all that really mattered in the end.
Love.
You can let go now, for you have waged you battles honorably.
My peace and comfort surround you.
I have come to take your soul home.
Do not fear, for I am with you.
I whisper to you on the wind, and you hear me,
"I Was With You....."
YOU KNOW,
YOU ALWAYS KNEW.....
I reach out for you, and lead you to the heavens.
