I Was So Moved

If I was a chicken,
I would strut and cackle and
lay you an egg,
But I am,
An imaginary cock.

If I was a dog,
I`d jump upon your lap and
lick your face,
But I am
An imaginary cock.

If I was God.
I could not be moved,
`d free you from your dock
But I am, sadly, just
An imaginary cock.
