I Was Once a Part of You
I was once
a part of you,
and of course
you know it too !
We shared a body
and a heartbeat...
I wouldn't mind
if it was to repeat...
For 9 whole months
we were one...
But with my birth
it all begun !
I began to see
that we weren't the same....
But I didn't know,
who I was to blame !
Was it the world
or was it my genes ?
I still don't understand
what it really means,
to be so different,
yet one with you...
and I am sure,
you don't know too !
