I Was a Fool

by Parizo

You chose me in crowd
You came like a scout
Back when they called me a clown
You upgraded my moods
And all my flaws were blur

You picked in the dark
And showed me the light
You brought me all hope
And I began to cope
You made me proud
I never even cared about my background

When I expected you to show me love
You told me it was a time to leave
A time to leave and follow your dreams
Maybe you had it all planned
You got all my feelings on the plate
And left them burning in flames

I had plans for us two you know
But then ,out of nowhere you vanished
you reaped me and me feel like I was loved
My neighbors knew you
Family heard about it too
It hurts I have to lie when they are asking about you
I wish I never met you

Paris, sorry for the pain that comes with empty infatuations. I hope you find the love that you so very much deserve!
