I Want To Be With Jesus

I Want To Be With Jesus!

With Jesus…  Is where I want to be!
I want to be with him for eternity!

I want HIM to be the Lord in my heart!
I want him living in me, 
till one day I shall “depart.”

Where HE leads…  I want to be in this place!
I’m so thankful, 
for his mercy and grace!

What HE does…  I know it’ll be what’s best!
As long as I trust him, 
I shall be blessed!

What HE says to me….  
I want to be quick to listen!
Anything he has for me…  
I don’t want to be missin’!

Whatever HE wants me to do…  I want to do it!
He’s given me many chances.  But “I blew it!”

What HE wants to give to me…  
I want to receive it!
He promises to always be with me!  
 I believe it!

All that I have…  I give to Jesus my king!
He’s my righteousness! 
My everything!

No matter what I may posses…
Or what I own…
I know that one day, I’ll be 
in Christ’ eternal home!
