I Walk Alone

I walk alone in this winding path
That ends nowhere that i know
That maybe an endless infinity 
That maybe ending on a cliff

I walk alone with only one star
Far above the skies round and dim
But my main eye to the visible
My handheld lamp only provides a false security 
A false guidance of the unknown fears

I walk alone in this darkened woods
That's hiding spirits and creatures unknown
Silent to my ears, loud to my fears
But i fear not, for i know the light in me
