I Understand
One last chance.
One lie of a truth.
Their lips move, yet, no sound,
Their eyes stare into my soul,
Making my mind ramble,
With thoughts and dreams,
Of what could be, what might be possible?
I try to speak; my words form yet,
Sounding like gibberish and,
Then I know.
We are thinking, feeling, living,
At the same moment in time.
We both laugh.
You speak in a perfectly clear voice,
Now you understand, right?
Smiling, yes, now I do understand.
I complete you,
As you complete me,
We are one.
One person, one voice, one love.
