I Told Her I Was Sorry I Could Not Do It
She asked me for the impossible.
I have never worked with her daughter.
She wanted me to write her a recommendation letter.
Her daughter has the same training I do.
However, last year she quit three school jobs in the middle of the year.
It is simply not done
And neither is writing a recommendation letter for someone you do not know.
I had only met her daughter once six years ago
After the daughter threatened to kill herself.
I told her I was sorry I could not do it.
The request stopped.
The communication stopped.
I tried to call her again.
I have apparently been blocked.
It was a one-way friendship
I felt sad for about two days.
Then I got over it.
